Bread & Circuits: The electronic era tendency to view party politics as corny -- no longer relevant or meaningful or useful to modern societal issues and many cases dangerous. (Thanks S.P.)

I guess that some what applies to me. I have never voted nor cared much for politics. I find them boring and useless to what I want to do with myself. I don't necessarily think that they are useless or that Canadian politics are dangerous. I get a lot of flack for not voting. But i don't complain about the government or taxes, so i figure its somewhat okay that I don't vote. Its not that I am against it. But I never take the time to learn about those running for office or what kind of things they can do to improve my life. Oh well maybe I will vote next time.

I am watching the neighbor across the street socialize with my mother while she does the gardening. The neighbor next door is sitting on his step listening and chatting to them about the giant tree branch that has been sitting on his front lawn since July 18th. I can't see him but I know he is there because i went outside to be a jerk and pick up the cigarette butt that the old neighbor lady threw on our lawn it is sitting by her feet. But mother told me not to.  So i didn't. Summer feels like its practically over. There are a load of things to do before i leave. Fuck. Its stressful to think about but... it will be over with soon. I am going to miss my friends here because i know i won't find anyone as agreeable as my best friend here. But Im not going anywhere too far away. Im still nervous though. I have committed myself to some place i know nothing about for 2.5 years. It will be worth it in the end but i know absolutely no one there. It would make it go by faster if i was enjoying it. The neighbor lady is walking away now. She is wearing olive green cargo pants. I bet there are a pack of cigarettes in every pocket. I hate Nancy Grace.
